Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a scheduled coaching session or resume writing service, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment time to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial or no refund, at our discretion.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching session or service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
SMS Messages
We send SMS messages to prospective clients and clients to notify them of events, promotions, appointments, billing, and project status changes.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to (479) 802-4150. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
